We only stayed here for 4 nights, as we didn't have time, even so everything was perfect. Our hotel was in a marvellous location in a quiet neighbourhood. Moreover, it's really close to central Belfast, victoria square city centre and a residential area.

The property seemed fairly clean and the room was spotlessly clean. The setting was particularly good, so close to Dublin train station and victoria square. And it was also a short walk from an art museum and other tourist spots.

Make sure you stay in the triple room with the fridge. The location of the hotel is marvellous and incredible, not far from buses. Plus, it is set 4 km from an Early Peoples gallery.
There's mould in some areas.

Stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed my choice. A TV and a dining area were available in my king room. A bath in the clean bathroom was super awesome. The location offered was marvellous close enough to Dublin train station, Belfast city centre and a quiet neighbourhood.
